Placing an order

Simply select your required gear, ensuring the correct sizes and quantities have been selected, and complete the check out process. Please double-check the delivery address, as this is where your gear will go! An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately, along with a transaction receipt from PayPal.

We aim to send your gear on the same business day we receive payment. (However, depending on the time of your order, it may be the next day.) For your gear to arrive in time, there must be clearance of at least three full business days between receipt of the order and departure of the camp – longer in regional areas. If you are unsure about timing or have any other queries or concerns, please give us a call on (03) 9311 0207.

Shipping

All orders incur a $11.00 shipping charge, but shopping here is much easier (and cheaper!) than a trip to your local outdoor store! The delivery address can be a home address, work address or PO Box, and special instructions can be noted when placing your order.

Returns

You are welcome to return any of our products for a full refund. (Gear must be returned unused, in its original packaging and within 14 days.)

Size and fit

Camplist size charts are a guide only. If you are unsure of the correct size, order two and return one (unused) for a refund. Camplist will provide a prepaid Australia Post return sticker with most purchases of sized items. After selecting the best fitting item, repackage the additional items and place the Australia Post sticker on the outside of the package. Then drop the goods at your local Australia Post outlet to be returned free of charge.

Hire gear

Hire gear will be sent to the nominated address in the week before the camp's departure. It will arrive as an Australia Post e-parcel, and will include a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel. To return, simply pack the gear into the satchel provided and lodge at any Australia Post office within three working days of the camp's completion. (Please get a receipt, as this is your proof of return.)

Hire gear does not need to be cleaned before return. Just check the pockets, brush off excess dirt (or hose if necessary/appropriate), and then put it in the post.

We reserve the right to continue to charge customers for late returns on hire items, up to the retail cost of the item. Customers with hire gear that is lost or damaged beyond repair will also be charged the full retail price. Damaged hire gear must also be paid for, with the compensation in line with the cost of repair or replacement.
